Diego's come a long way; he used to be untouchable. He's still a little uncertain about human friendship, but he's learned to relax and to enjoy some gentle petting.
Diego seems to enjoy the presence of other cats, but he respects their boundaries and doesn't often try to engage them. He has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), but because he doesn't interact a lot with other cats, he should be fine living with others.
